How many passengers can your vehicles accommodate?

Our luxury SUV comfortably accommodate up to 6 passengers with luggage.
Travelling with children that need a car seat? No problem! Not bringing the car seat with you on your flight? No problem! We can store your car seat until your return with no added cost.
If you have a larger group or special requirements, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate with referrals to our trusted partners.

How far in advance should I book my transportation?

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure availability, especially during peak travel seasons, early-morning departures, or special events..
Can I book last-minute or same-day service?

Yes. Round-trip bookings are encouraged and ensure priority scheduling for your return journey.
What forms of payment do you accept?

Is gratuity included in the quoted price?

Gratuity is not included unless otherwise stated. While never expected, gratuities are always appreciated.
Are beverages available during the ride?

Complimentary bottled water is available. Additional beverages may be arranged in advance at an additional cost.
Can alcohol be provided during the trip?

Yes. We are licensed by AGLC. In compliance with AGLC regulations, any alcohol must be supplied by Black Tie Transportation and arranged in advance and at an additional cost. Please inquire at the time of booking.
